Pursuant to the “Communiqué on the Amendment to the Communiqué Regarding the Fee Schedule to be Applied by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office in 2025,” published in the Official Gazette dated 15 March 2025 and numbered 32842, changes have been made to trademark renewal fees (including late renewal fees) and trademark application fees.
Within the scope of the said Communiqué:
- Trademark Applications: For trademark applications under Class 35-5 (which includes services related to the bringing together, for the benefit of others, of a variety of goods, namely …………… enabling customers to conveniently view and purchase those goods), additional fees will be applied for 3rd and each subsequent sub-classes selected within the 34 designated goods classes.
- Trademark Renewal and Late Renewal: In renewal (or late renewal) procedures of a trademark registered in multiple classes, an additional fee shall be charged for each class beyond the first two classes.
